The Tummy Team provides online professional training via videos, downloads and online support. This course is taught by both Kelly Dean, MPT of The Tummy Team and Bethany Learn CEO of Fit2b.us. The course is divided into specific areas of focus. When needed downloads are provided specifically for assessment tools and the evaluation process. Each section has a series of videos that provide comprehensive instruction and education in Tummy Safe fitness principles and exercise options. You can watch the videos at your pace and immediately implement what you learn with your clients. You recieve a full year of access to this course to continue to implement and review and implement in your fitness setting throughout the year to get a full practical understanding of the Tummy Safe Fitness approach.
Apprentice Package
This course can be taken alone and will provide immediate skills and resources to improve your fitness expertise with clients struggling with functional core weakness. However, the heart of The Tummy Team is to train professionals more comprehensively through our apprentice process. Our education style is functional integration and clinical application. We base all of our professional training on up to date education and treatment strategies that we use with real clients every day. We believe the best way to learn is to apprentice (walk along side, ask questions and apply the skills with real clients) . For this reason, we have designed all of our contininuing education to be best delivered in our apprentice packages. The Tummy Safe Fitness Apprenctice process simply gives you a discount to add The Tummy Team Core Foundations CEU course and 2 discounted professional training eSessions one with Kelly Dean MPT and one with Beth Learn. This process sets you up to be an Endorsed Tummy Team Fitness Professional and part of The Tummy Team referred professionals. In addition, our apprentice process includes free access to monthly training webinars and free professional forum support.
